Christopher Dobbing and Nina Griffee have worked together for more than a decade, taking products from concept through manufacturing to customers around the world. They are supported by General Counsel Stephen Bottomley and by operations teams across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Christopher Dobbing
Founder and DirectorChristopher founded Cambridge Mask Co in Beijing in 2015, after several years building businesses in China, and later formed Thornton Rock to acquire and grow consumer brands. He brings deep manufacturing and sourcing experience across Asia, and was named IoD Jersey Director of the Year 2026 (SME).
Nina Griffee
Chief Executive OfficerNina has worked alongside Christopher for more than a decade, leading operations across B2B and B2C ecommerce, from product concept and manufacturing through to brand growth and day-to-day execution.
Stephen Bottomley
General CounselStephen advises the group on acquisitions and compliance. He brings four decades of M&A experience and is a practising solicitor in the UK and Hong Kong.
